More DEV artwork: House Spaeta's "Argus" armor. The painted "maw" of the helmet is a homage to MP Evas, and the head knife is a nod to both Robot Unicorn Attack [YES!] and Gundam Unicorn. The large claw on the back can be bound to one of the arms; since it can swing around and change sides as necessary, it also functions as a 'tail' of sorts to assist balance.
Oh, I meant to say that very few guys have such an effeminate hip. Looking from the rear view, the hips are set a little lower too, where there is no armor plating, and produce a pear-like figure (an even rarer body shape for men). So, unless this is a very unique man, it's probably a chick(?).
hey i have a question that is probably a stupid one. Is the "toothy grin" on his helm wear he actually sees out of? or would the toothy grin actually be located near the mouth? ha don't wanna be "that guy" but i cant stop studying this piece, its so epic in its functionality and design!
It's not a visor, although it's supposed to look like one. The tooth plates serve to lock the upper and lower sections of the helmet together and will retract into the dome and jaw when the helmet stows itself.
